Welcome to Quantum Leap Experience (“the Program”), which might include a 6-week online course and/or a 5-day in-person retreat. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Program Overview
The Program provides personal development experiences through online modules, live sessions, and an in-person retreat. The online course is delivered via a secure platform, and the in-person retreat will take place in Costa Rica.

1. Attendee Requirements
1.1 Admittance
Your registration entitles you to admittance to the event for which you are registered. This excludes optional extras which may have been sold at an additional cost to your main registration fee.
1.2 Use of Likeness
By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant Quantum Leap Experience the right at the event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, print, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.
1.3 Event Content
You acknowledge and agree that Quantum Leap Experience, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time.
1.4 Attendee Audio and Video Recording
No audio or video recording is allowed by attendees. If you are found in violation of this policy, Quantum Leap Experience has the right to immediately eject you from the event. Photographs are allowed. Quantum Leap Experience reserves the right to use images taken at the conference/event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials which might include social media channels, websites, and print material.
1.5 Identification
The name entered at the time of purchase must be present for registration unless an email request is sent to info@quantumleapcr.com. You will be asked to provide proof of identity when you arrive in order to register on the day of the event.
1.6 Age Requirements
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the Quantum Leap Experience.

2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Limitations on Use
By registering for a Quantum Leap Experience event, you agree not to sell or share your event ticket.
2.2 Disruptive Conduct
You acknowledge and agree that Quantum Leap Experience reserves the right to remove you from the Event if Quantum Leap Experience, in its sole discretion, determines that your presence or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the Event or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees. All badges are the property of Quantum Leap Experience and must be returned upon request.
2.3 Quantum Leap Experience events are held in a private space.
Participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, and other companies must request approval to photograph, video, or audio record any parts of the event.

3 Payment and Cancellation Policies
3.1. Deposit Policy
 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for the retreat. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of the program.
3.2 Discount Policy
Only one discount may be applied per program. Discounts cannot be combined and may not be used toward the deposit. Discounts apply to the remaining balance only.
3.3 Third-Party Bookings
Participants who book through third-party platforms such as BookRetreats.com or InsightTimer.com are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms in addition to Quantum Leap Experience’s policies. Deposits and payments made through third-party platforms are managed by those platforms. Refunds, cancellations, and changes must be handled directly with the platform used for booking. Quantum Leap Experience is not responsible for payment processing, refund timelines, or service fees applied by third-party platforms. Discounts offered directly by Quantum Leap Experience do not apply to third-party bookings. For all third-party bookings, the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of the reservation per the third-party platform’s policies.
3.4. Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@quantumleapcr.com. The following terms apply:
Cancellation 91 days or more prior to retreat start date: The deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded within 14 days.
Cancellation between 90 and 61 days prior to retreat start date: Payments made can be transferred to another program offered by Quantum Leap Experience within 12 months of the original retreat date. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation 60 days or less prior to retreat start date: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.5. Early Departure or No-Show
No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who arrive late, depart early, or do not attend the retreat for any reason. Participants who arrive late or depart early are responsible for their own airport transportation. 
3.6. Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that Quantum Leap Experience must cancel the retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including any deposits. Quantum Leap Experience is not responsible for any additional expenses participants incur, such as airfare or other travel costs.
3.7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

4. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
All fees are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the in-person retreat, access to online materials will remain available, but no portion of the fee will be refunded or credited.

6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for all participants. By enrolling, you agree to:
Treat all facilitators and participants with respect.
Follow all instructions and guidelines during the in-person retreat.
Abstain from behavior that disrupts the learning experience or endangers others.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Program, including videos, documents, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Quantum Leap Experience. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Quantum Leap Experience is not responsible for any personal injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred during participation in the Program. Participants are encouraged to consult with a physician before engaging in physical activities during the retreat.

9. Modifications to the Program
Quantum Leap Experience reserves the right to modify the Program schedule, content, or facilitators at its discretion. Notice of significant changes will be provided to participants.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.

Privacy Policy
Quantum Leap Experience (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Personal Information: Name, email address, and payment details provided during registration.
Health Information: Dietary preferences or medical information voluntarily provided for retreat planning purposes.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our online platform (e.g., login times and page views).

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Facilitate your participation in the Program.
Communicate important updates regarding the course and retreat.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Improve the Program and customer experience.

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties, such as:
Payment processors to complete transactions.
Service providers assisting with event logistics.
Legal authorities, if required by law.

4. Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention of Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law.
