Many women face mental roadblocks that hinder growth and prevent positive changes. This course helps you recognize these personal saboteurs and offers valuable skills and strategies to overcome them.
You will explore strategies for overcoming fear, identifying limiting beliefs, and building confidence to navigate change. The course covers tools for self-reflection, goal setting, and creating actionable plans to align with personal and professional aspirations. Additionally, attendees will learn mindfulness practices, decision-making frameworks, and techniques to foster resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges.
Positive Intelligence is the primary framework of our mental fitness course. It focuses on building awareness of negative thought patterns and strengthening mental muscles to improve resilience, focus, and well-being. Learn more about the science and research behind Positive Intelligence.
You can anticipate achieving greater self-awareness and enhanced mental fitness, allowing you to more freely embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The course includes weekly hour-long learning modules, weekly hour-long live group coaching sessions, daily prompts for 10 minutes or so of exercises, and suggested time for self-reflection each day. Attending the group coaching sessions isn’t mandatory but is highly recommended to get the most out of the program.
That’s great – it means you already have a strong knowledge and understanding of your saboteurs. You will be able to go deeper in your self-exploration with intention as you go through the Quantum Leap Experience. Our guides have taken the foundation course multiple times and continue to get value and insight with each time.
You will only need a mobile device and an internet connection to access the group sessions and workbook and download the mobile app. You will have access to the mobile app for three months following the course.
You get access to the Positive Intelligence App and monthly coaching check-ins with a Quantum Leap Experience guide for 3 months. You also get ongoing access to the online community.
You will be able to connect with other participants inside of the Positive Intelligence (PQ) App and you can join our Facebook group to connect with other Quantum Leap Experience members.
This event is designed for individuals with substantial life and career experience. Historically, the guides and attendees have been in their late-30s to late-50s. However, we welcome attendees of all ages. Our environment is inviting and suitable for anyone looking to make a leap.
Most attendees join the program alone and have a wonderful time—even the introverts! Everyone leaves with a special group of friends and plenty of stories and inside jokes.
