Space is limited to 20 participants for the Quantum Leap Experience and Costa Rica Retreat. A $495 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. After submitting your application form, we will hold your spot for 14 days. If deposit isn't received within 14 days, your spot will be released. The remaining program balance is due by September 2, 2025.

Courses are offered throughout the year and retreats are offered twice a year, in the Spring and Fall.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the full Quantum Leap Experience cost?
All tickets include a 6-week mental fitness course, a book, an app, and a workbook, along with 5 days and 4 nights of accommodations at a premier eco-lodge and permaculture farm. The pricing covers all meals, activities, and transportation once in Costa Rica.
Activities include a guided ranch tour, daily yoga, guided meditations, access to hot springs, all Quantum Leap Sessions, a full moon bonfire and cacao ceremony, and transportation to and from the airport. You will also receive one-on-one coaching, a personalized gift bag, and a local tour during the event.
What is not included in the cost?
Pricing does not include airfare, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, or additional activities not mentioned in the itinerary.
Are payment plans available?
Yes, you can reserve your spot with a $495 deposit. The remainder must be paid by September 2, 2025. If you need other arrangements, we encourage you to contact our team by submitting the form below or scheduling a 15-minute call.
Are refunds available?
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and is applied to the total cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@quantumleapcr.com. If canceled 91+ days before the program, additional payments will be refunded. Cancellations 61–90 days prior are non-refundable but transferable to another program within 12 months. Cancellations made 60 days or less before the start date are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please read our terms and conditions for more details.
Can I join from outside the US?
Yes, you can join from outside the United States. The in-person event is in Costa Rica. Our program fees are billed in US dollars.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, you will need a valid passport to enter Costa Rica. Ensure that your passport has at least six months of validity from the date of your entry into the country.
Do I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other emergencies. World Nomads is our suggested provider.
What airport do I fly into?
Book your flight to arrive at Juan Santamaria Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). You should plan to arrive by 1PM on May 25 and depart after 1PM on May 29. If you have any questions or issues, please email our team at info@quantumleapcr.com
Is it safe for me to travel alone to Costa Rica?
Yes, traveling to Costa Rica alone as a female is safe. The Quantum Leap team provides roundtrip transportation to the airport, so you must arrive at the designated time. Costa Rica is considered a safe country for solo female travelers if you choose to come early or stay late.
What type of rooms are available?
Each beautiful bungalow comfortably sleeps two people. Pricing is based on double occupancy. You will be matched with another attendee during the experience who shares your personality type. You may also request to be paired with someone you know. Single occupancy rooms are available at a higher rate, providing a bungalow designed for one person.
All bungalows feature a private bathroom and a wrap-around design porch.
What if I want my own room?
We encourage attendees to have a roommate to share and process these experiences. In previous years, attendees have enjoyed getting to know each other. If you really prefer not to share a room, single-occupancy ticket options are available for $3995 (Full Experience) or $3295 (Retreat Only) more than the double occupancy price.
